Buffalo Blue Designs is wearable art by Allyson Bailey Wilmowski.

Handmade in St. Louis, MO, most designs are one-of-a-kind. Buffalo Blue specializes in luxe wearable art accessories including hand-blocked millinery hats and accessories featuring feathers and vintage accents, as well as other wearables like couture collar scarves utilizing upcycled/recycled designer neckties and leather goods and bags. All designs are made by hand.

About the Artist

Following an unexpected liver transplant in 2004, Allyson's life changed dramatically and allowed her to adjust her life plans. Originally planning to attend law school after she received a Bachelors of Journalism in Advertising from Mizzou, Allyson instead chose a Masters in Textile and Apparel Management. Allyson currently lives and designs in St. Louis, MO with her husband, Tom and their two dogs, Frank and Wilson.
